In its 27 years of existence, it has grown into a corporate chain of diagnostics centers with 50- state-of-the-art laboratories across India, catering to more than 10,000 small labs, nursing homes and hospitals and more than 20,000 consultants all over India.

Processing over 10 million tests a year, catering to more than 10,000 Laboratories, Hospitals, Nursing homes and 20,000 Consultants; and with 28 years of experience delivering accurate reports, it has also earned the reputation of being India only multinational chain of diagnostic centers with presence in the UAE, Seychelles, Srilanka, Thailand and South Africa.

For ITBrahma, the challenge was to automate the report deliveries to the big chain of referral laboratories as the turnaround time needs to be faster and system should allow customer to scale up its business by automating the delivery system.

Other key challenge was that not every collection center is connected to the internet all the time and therefore they needed some feature where they work on offline mode for downloaded report and need not connect the net. Requirement was that all the report from different branches needs to go to central server and server publishes it all the collection centers, doctors, patients. This was on offline and online mode.

Reports being a sensitive data, all security guidelines were followed and in order to allow faster downloads reports were compressed to the smaller size up to 25 KB to allow user to keep maximum reports online and save the server storage. ITBrahma not only successfully implemented the project for entire group but also provided add-on values such as SMS alert for any critical reports etc.
